Carport Parking Rented and Restricted: All carports are rented exclusively to assigned residents. Unauthorized Vehicles: Any unauthorized vehicles parked in the carport areas are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Policy Enforcement Non-Compliance: Vehicles not adhering to these guidelines may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
